Some Things You Should Know:
- Shave and exfoliate first. Before being sprayed you should shave and exfoliate your entire body. (YES, we recommend it AND we mean it)!
- Avoid using moisturizers before spraying. Using moisturizers the day of, or immediately before being sprayed, can prevent the spray-on bronzer formula from properly bonding / adhering to your skin.
- Our salon technicians are properly trained professionals. Ladies: Feel free to be sprayed topless to avoid any existing or unwanted tan lines.
- The entire process requires about 20 minutes. Your spray tan experience will last from 15 to 20 minutes from start to finish (and includes a brief stand-up session to properly "set" your spray tan).
- Hold off on that shower (for 24 hrs)! From experience, we recommend waiting to shower until 24 hours after being spray tanned.
- Avoid any immediate face washing. It is recommended that you hold-off on washing around your facial region until the morning following your spray tan.
- Avoid exfoliation-causing activities. Excessive scrubbing in certain areas is likely to cause your tan to fade faster in those spots.
- Your spray tan will last up to 2 weeks. However, fading can begin in as little as 4 days based on the frequency of any activities outlined above.
- Don't be alarmed with immediate streaking or "bleeding". Do not be alarmed if your spray tan begins to streak and continues to "bleed" while showering (it is expected for up to two days after spraying)
